Join Debbie Hart, inspirational speaker, breast cancer survivor, supporter and educator. Her journey, through life’s challenges, loss and trauma and her ultimate transformation has inspired women to look beyond their present pain and break through to triumph. The Re-Opening of the Heart initiative is to provide a relaxing environment in which transformation and release can take place. It all begins with the opening of the heart, through Aroma Yoga, Meditation, Spiritual Practices and Creative Expression activities all taking place in the beautiful Spanish Wells, Bahamas.
The heart is resilient to life’s never ending experiences. Those experiences often leave a residual pain that hinders you from moving forward. It’s time to release that residual pain to the sea and re-open your heart to let the inner love and light shine through again.
The 7 day Re-Opening of the Heart Retreat is filled with daily activities to assist in releasing past trauma. All negative emotions are released into the blue waters of the Bahamas, so that light may enter your heart to allow the transformation process to begin.
